If we are issuing a Bill of Lading the General Terms and Conditions above do not apply but instead the Standard Conditions (1997) governing the Korea International Freight Forwarders Association (KIFFA) Multimodal Transport Bill of Lading apply. Please note that the following terms and conditions apply exclusively for the legal relationship between customers and us. Customer's terms and alternative agreements apply only when formally recognized by us in writing. Recognition cannot be tacit on our part, nor can it be assumed by the performance or payment thereof.
