Here is how the recruitment process at Hyundai GLOVIS Europe works, and what steps to expect on your path to becoming part of our team.

The Process

  • Our selection process is designed to offer equal opportunities to all candidates and is based on clear and consistent evaluation criteria.

  • We begin with an initial phone interview where we present the role and get to know you better, discussing your background and the key points of your CV.

  • Next, you'll meet with the manager of the relevant department. This interview focuses on your technical skills and how they align with the role's requirements.

  • At the end of the process, candidates whose profiles best match the role will be selected. Our HR team will personally inform all participants of the outcome.
