Good Business Conduct

Compliance Governance

To ensure transparency and integrity in all operations, Hyundai GLOVIS Europe has established a dedicated Compliance Governance Organization.
This team oversees key areas such as monitoring, due diligence, training, internal controls, and violation reporting, while also acting as a strategic advisor to the business. Each division, office, and branch designates a
Compliance Coordinator responsible for supporting local compliance activities, employee training, and ongoing business monitoring. All coordinators report directly to the Compliance Governance Organization, ensuring consistent standards and alignment across Europe.

Anti-Corruption and Bribery

Hyundai GLOVIS Europe has implemented an Anti-Corruption and Conflict of Interest Policy to ensure responsible and transparent business conduct across all operations.
Maintaining fair and ethical relationships with customers, suppliers, business partners, and public officials is a priority for our company.
The policy provides clear guidance on how employees should handle invitations, gifts, and interactions to prevent corruption, bribery, or undue influence.
If an employee becomes aware of any actual or suspected misconduct, such as fraud, money laundering, corruption, or any other criminal or regulatory violation, they are required to inform the Legal Team or submit a report through the company's
Whistleblower System, in line with internal regulations.
This framework helps safeguard integrity, protect our reputation, and uphold the highest standards of ethical behavior.

Whistleblower System - Integrity Line

Integrity is at the core of how we operate. Through our Compliance Reporting System "Integrity Line", anyone can confidentially report potential or actual cases of illegal, unethical, or improper conduct by individuals acting for or within Hyundai GLOVIS Europe.

Reports can be submitted anonymously. The link to the Whistleblower System is: glovis.integrityline.com

The platform is technically secured and ensures full confidentiality, and you can access it from any PC or personal internet Device.

This system does not affect your statutory right to contact external authorities.
By maintaining open and protected channels for communication, we foster a culture of transparency, trust, and responsibility across all levels of the organization.

Procurement Management Strategies

Hyundai GLOVIS Europe implements procurement strategies that support a sustainable and responsible supply chain.
Our approach focuses on ensuring competitiveness, supply reliability, fair trade and mutual growth, and environmental responsibility through the following actions:

Procurement Management Strategies

Global Procurement Management System (GPMS)

The Global Procurement Management System (GPMS) centralizes all key procurement activities, including procurement planning, supplier management, RFQ processes, approvals, unit price and contract management, general purchasing, cost and price analysis, market condition monitoring, item management, and performance evaluation (V.P.E.).
By managing all these processes in one integrated platform, GPMS ensures full transparency, consistent standards, and compliance with corporate policies and regulations across all procurement organizations.

Supplier Selection

At Hyundai GLOVIS Europe, we believe that building a sustainable and future-ready logistics network begins with choosing the right partners.
Our supplier selection process follows a comprehensive evaluation of financial stability, operational performance, and ESG criteria, fully aligned with our corporate policies and values.
In 2025, we strengthened our supplier registration and performance assessment framework by integrating enhanced ESG requirements.
These include environmental practices, safety standards, and adherence to our Code of Ethics across both Finished Vehicle Logistics and Freight Forwarding operations.
By embedding sustainability into procurement and vendor management, we not only meet the evolving expectations of our customers but also reinforce our commitment to responsible and transparent business practices throughout the supply chain.

Carbon Neutrality in the Supply Chain

Due to the nature of Hyundai GLOVIS Europe's business activities, carbon emissions from supplier transportation, including road, air, sea, and rail, represent the largest portion of our Scope 3 footprint. To address this, we have established a Net Zero Transition Plan and are strengthening our collaboration with transport suppliers to reduce emissions, with the goal of achieving net zero by 2050 together with our partners.

In 2026, we will introduce a basic action plan to support suppliers in lowering their emissions, using insights gathered from an assessment of their current carbon footprint and reduction strategies. In the long term, we aim to help suppliers calculate the carbon footprint of their transported auto parts and identify practical opportunities to reduce emissions across logistics operations.
We are developing a supplier carbon monitoring system to track emissions and encourage reduction initiatives across the supply chain.

Information Security

Information Security and Awareness

Information security is part of our daily operations. Our framework follows leading European and global standards to ensure that systems, data, and digital assets remain secure and compliant. We combine technical safeguards, such as access control, network protection, and regular audits, with a strong culture of shared responsibility.
Employees receive ongoing training to recognize risks, apply best practices, and contribute to a secure work environment.
Data protection is central to our approach. All information, from internal records to customer data, is handled in full compliance with GDPR throughout its lifecycle.
This integrated system helps us minimize risk, ensure compliance, and build lasting trust with our people, customers, and partners.

Risk Management and Incident Response

Effective risk management starts with prevention. Together with Hyundai GLOVIS Headquarters in Korea, we regularly assess security risks and implement measures to protect our operations. Our Incident Response Framework ensures that every event is managed quickly, transparently, and efficiently

through three key principles:
  • Prevention early detection and control of vulnerabilities.
  • Response rapid, coordinated action between GLOVIS Europe, HQ, and Hyundai AutoEver.
  • Recovery restoring systems, analyzing causes, and reinforcing controls.
